Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a perfect location, just one block from the Vatican, allowing easy access to St Peter's. The rooms were stuffy and hot, lacking air conditioning until summer, making it uncomfortable to stay without open windows. The dining experience offered a standard European breakfast with a variety of choices. The most outstanding aspects are the proximity to the Vatican and the helpful staff.
The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything needed, but they come at a slightly higher price with a tiny espresso cafe view and street disturbances. The service is great and super helpful, although some restrictions were noted. The location is excellent, especially for Vatican visitors, and it offers a lovely dining experience with a good spread of food. However, facilities have some limitations.
The hotel offers spotless rooms and friendly staff, though the rooms are small. The location is amazing for visiting the Vatican, right next to St Peter's Square, but challenging to get to. The dining options are quite tasty with a good spread of food. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with helpful service.
I loved the location of the hotel; it's right by St Peter's Square and close to many landmarks. The rooms were quiet despite being in the city center, but some faced a noisy street. The service was lacking, with unhelpful staff and random late check-out rates. The dining was alright, offering a good buffet spread. Overall, the hotel was lovely but had some drawbacks.
The hotel's location is exceptional, right next to Vatican City with immediate access to St Peter's. The rooms, although facing a noisy road, were clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff, especially the porters, was remarkably helpful and friendly. The dining experience offered a great selection of food but started a bit late. The price for the rooms was reasonable, although additional charges like city tax were unexpected.
I felt like I was waking up in a monastery every morning at 5 am with the noise from the busy road, which took away from the tranquility I was seeking. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the Vatican and beautiful neighborhood was a real blessing for attending Mass and exploring historic sites. The dining experience was pleasant with a variety of breads, meats, and cheeses, but the noise from the road was a downside to an otherwise peaceful location.
